From Value Journey to Mountain Test: Asia-Pacific Customers Experience Yutong’s Smart Manufacturing and Quality
On May 19, customers from the Asia-Pacific region gathered at Yutong for an in-depth exploration of the company’s value system. From an immersive experience of the bus production process, to witnessing Yutong’s Full Lifecycle Value System firsthand, and culminating in a real-world operational test at Yuntai Mountain to experience vehicle operational value, this end-to-end journey—from the production line to real-world operations—gave guests a tangible appreciation of Yutong’s quality standards.
Experience the Whole Bus Manufacturing Process
Guests walked into the Brand Experience Center to learn about Yutong’s 60+ years of development and transformation of the industry.They then visited the Training Center to observe industrial robots in action, and toured the environmental chamber, NVH & EMC labs, test track, and wading pool - experiencing Yutong’s lean manufacturing capabilities and rigorous testing standards.

Yuntai Mountain Real-world Validation of Operational Value
To give guests a direct feel of vehicle performance, Yutong organized a real-world test drive from Zhengzhou to Yuntai Mountain. Over the 127km test route, which included both urban and highway conditions, the C11E delivered an average power consumption of 70 kWh/100km, and the C12 achieved an average fuel consumption of 23.5 L/100km,turning operational value from a concept into a tangible, real-life experience.

This APAC Value Journey allowed partners from the region to immerse themselves in Yutong’s reliable quality - from production to actual operations.
