Yutong EV Long-life Tech
Powered by its in-house developed YEA (Yutong Electric Architecture) platform, Yutong has built an integrated hardware and software system centered on the key NEV system: battery, motor, and electric controller. This architecture enables lifespan alignment between the battery and the vehicle body. The battery is designed to last up to 15 years or 1.5 million kilometers. This fundamentally eliminates operational disruptions caused by the degradation of core components, ensuring reliable performance throughout the vehicle's entire lifecycle.
At the hardware level, Yutong utilizes long-life battery, 7-in-1 silicon carbide (SiC) controller and flat-wire motor to achieve comprehensive improvements in system efficiency through structural optimization and material innovation. In system management, drawing on over 46.8 billion kilometers of operational experience, Yutong employs innovations such as battery management, intelligent thermal management systems, and multi-scenario safety protection strategies. This not only ensures vehicle stability in extreme environments but also enables precise energy consumption control.

The Yutong EV Long-life Tech enables Yutong's new energy vehicles to reduce total cost of ownership by approximately 4-5% over their full lifecycle. By enhancing energy efficiency, minimizing maintenance needs, and extending service life, Yutong not only drives low-carbon development across the industrial chain but also delivers greater economic value and environmental benefits per kilometer traveled.
As a standard-setter in the industry, Yutong is advancing commercial vehicles into a new era of sustainable operation through forward-looking R&D, modular platforms, and data-driven continuous optimization.
